By engaging P & S Security Solutions for site audits, commissioning security equipment, signing an engineering estimate, or making advance payment against an invoice, the Client unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Any deviation, modification, or supplementary clause proposed by the Client in a Purchase Order or tender document shall only be binding if expressly acknowledged and endorsed in writing by an authorized director of P & S Security Solutions.

Every deployment begins with a physical or architectural site survey. Our technical team prepares an itemized Statement of Work (SOW) outlining camera focal lengths, sensor detection zones, conduit routings, PoE switch power budgets, and rack layouts:

• Quotation Validity: All commercial proposals are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance, subject to OEM semiconductor pricing and currency fluctuations.
• Site Variations: Any hidden structural impediments (such as reinforced concrete, unmapped underground utilities, or post-survey architectural changes) requiring supplementary cabling or core-cutting will be billed as variation orders with prior client sign-off.

P & S Security Solutions supplies 100% genuine, factory-sealed hardware directly from premier global technology manufacturers (Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Schneider, Cisco, Ubiquiti, etc.):

• Standard OEM Warranty: Cameras, NVRs, controllers, and smart gateways carry the standard manufacturer warranty (typically 24 to 36 months from handover).
• Workmanship Guarantee: All physical terminations, conduit fittings, patch panel crimping, and mounting brackets installed by our team are guaranteed against craftsmanship defects for twelve (12) months.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by direct lightning strikes, external power surges exceeding surge suppression specs, water ingress due to customer building leaks, unauthorized third-party tampering, or physical vandalism.

Upon physical completion of wiring, hardware mounting, and software configuration, our lead engineer conducts a formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) walkthrough with the Client:

• Field of View & Night-Vision Verification: Confirmation of optical focus, angle of coverage, and IR infrared illumination in complete darkness.
• Remote Viewing & Mobile Setup: Pairing of administrator mobile applications with 2-factor authentication.
• Handover Sign-Off: Signing of the UAT certificate marks official project completion and initiates the warranty lifecycle.

To ensure persistent reliability, clients may enroll in our comprehensive or non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC):

• Response SLA: Critical enterprise breakdowns (NVR crash, total perimeter camera blackout) trigger on-site technician arrival within 4 hours in the Hyderabad metro region. Standard service tickets are addressed within 24 business hours.
• Preventative Maintenance: Routine quarterly lens optical cleaning, focus recalibration, hard drive SMART health diagnostics, UPS battery load testing, and firmware security patching.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the basic operating environment necessary for electronic security systems to function reliably:

• Continuous Power & Earthing: Providing stable commercial single-phase or 3-phase power supply with verified electrical earth resistance < 2 Ohms.
• Broadband Connectivity: Ensuring stable broadband/fiber uplink bandwidth if remote mobile monitoring or cloud notification is required.
• Credential Security: Guarding master admin passwords, user accounts, and physical keys to server racks. P & S Security Solutions is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from client-side credential compromise.

All proprietary automation scripts, firmware customisations, and system integration code developed by P & S Security Solutions remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such firmware strictly within the hardware deployed at the designated property.

While our surveillance, alarm, and automation systems are engineered to provide maximum deterrent value and threat visibility, electronic systems are not infallible guarantees against crime, fire, or intrusion:

• P & S Security Solutions is not an insurer. The Client must maintain adequate property, hazard, and theft insurance coverage independently.
• In no event shall our cumulative liability for any breach, negligence, or equipment fault exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific equipment or service contract giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
• Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure caused by acts of God, extreme natural disasters, civil unrest, or nationwide telecommunication grid blackouts.
