This Privacy Policy applies to all services, hardware installations, cloud synchronization bridges, on-premise surveillance infrastructures, and smart automation systems provided by P & S Security Solutions (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "our").

Whether you are an enterprise client commissioning an industrial CCTV perimeter, a commercial facility utilizing biometrics access control, or a residential owner automating climate and energy zones, this policy governs the collection, storage, and handling of technical telemetry and personal information.

Depending on the tier of service and physical security hardware deployed at your premises, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Client Identity & Contact Records: Name, corporate entity name, property blueprints, physical installation address, primary contact phone number, billing information, and email address.
• Hardware & Network Telemetry: NVR/DVR serial numbers, IP camera MAC addresses, firmware versions, PoE switch port status, Wi-Fi mesh channel loads, and system uptime diagnostic health logs.
• Access Credentials & Audit Logs: Encrypted RFID card token IDs, localized biometric verification vectors (stored strictly on local hardware, never uploaded to external clouds), and door badge timestamp histories.
• Consultation & Support Communications: Audio notes from site inspections, technical support ticket exchanges, CCTV field of view calibration records, and remote assistance requests.

Video surveillance constitutes one of the most critical privacy touchpoints. Our operational architecture is engineered around On-Premise First Sovereignty:

• Local Storage by Default: All CCTV raw streams are captured and recorded directly to your physical on-site Network Video Recorder (NVR) hard drives. P & S Security Solutions engineers do not possess unauthorized backdoors or passive remote viewing rights.
• Configurable Retention Schedules: Systems are pre-configured to client-specified rolling retention windows (typically 15, 30, 60, or 90 days). Once the designated threshold is exceeded, older blocks are automatically overwritten using standard FIFO storage allocation.
• Privacy Masking & Public Boundaries: During camera commissioning, our technicians configure hardware privacy masking zones over public roadways, neighboring windows, or sensitive workstations as required by municipal privacy ordinances.

For clients utilizing our smart living, climate control, and intelligent energy management solutions, sensors continuously monitor environmental metrics (ambient temperature, humidity, lux levels, motion occupancy, and power consumption).

Automated routines (e.g., HVAC scheduling, motorized curtain triggers, and night-mode arming) execute primarily via your localized smart gateway. Telemetry shared with mobile client apps utilizes end-to-end tokenized authentication protocols, ensuring that family habits, sleep patterns, and occupancy schedules remain completely private.

P & S Security Solutions enforces strict military-grade cyber hygiene across all network-attached devices:

• Data in Transit: Remote access streams over iOS/Android or desktop interfaces are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption with ECDHE key exchanges.
• Data at Rest: NVR storage arrays support AES-256 volume-level hardware encryption, preventing footage retrieval if physical drives are stolen.
• Vulnerability Hardening: Default factory passwords are systematically expunged during commissioning; cameras are isolated onto dedicated surveillance VLANs segregated from public guest Wi-Fi.

We do not share your data with external contractors or vendors unless explicitly required for fulfillment (e.g., courier delivery of ordered security appliances or OEM RMA hardware replacement warranties).

In the event of a valid subpoena, court order, or warrant issued by recognized judicial or law enforcement authorities investigating a security incident, P & S Security Solutions will comply strictly within the boundaries of applicable law, and will notify the client unless prohibited by judicial gag orders.

Under applicable data protection legislation, you retain comprehensive rights over your personal records:

• Right to Access & Portability: Request a complete summary of all client contact information, system blueprints, and diagnostic records maintained in our active systems.
• Right to Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): Request the permanent purge of administrative account profiles and past support ticket logs upon contract conclusion.
• Remote Access Revocation: You may at any moment revoke technician remote access keys directly via your NVR / Gateway master administrator dashboard.
